How to: Freeze values in a worksheet.
Solution:
Select and copy the cells containing the formulas to be replaced with their resulting values. Paste them as values using 'Paste Special...' on the 'Edit' menu.
1) Select the cells containing the formulas to be replaced with their resulting values.
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'. (The Paste Special dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Values' radio button in the 'Paste' group.
5) Click 'OK'.
